I’m a trauma-informed counsellor, educator, and Indigenous woman.
My work is grounded in both lived experience and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, alongside years of supporting individuals and groups through trauma, overwhelm, and personal growth.
I believe healing happens in spaces that feel human, not clinical, not rushed, and not forced.

Do I need to have a diagnosis to work with you?
No. You don’t need a diagnosis or a specific label. You’re welcome to come as you are, with whatever you’re carrying.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. Sessions are offered online, making support accessible wherever you are in Canada.
How do I know if this is right for me?
